Sylvia has been working in mental health for the past two decades. She utilizes both eastern and western based practices that are intuitive, person centered, and individualized. Her approach and theoretic background stems from attachment theory, depth psychology, mindfulness ,somatic awareness, yoga, guided breath work, Tibetan Buddhism, and Reiki. She is a licensed professional counselor and psilocybin facilitator in Oregon and offers preparation, integration, guided journeys, and psychedelic harm reduction. Sylvia is Bilingual and a native Spanish speaker.
