Sarah is a licensed psilocybin facilitator and women’s empowerment mentor. Since 2021, she has been guiding plant medicine journeys. Her training began with an immersive, hands-on apprenticeship at a shamanic church. After several years of training in the shamanic tradition, she completed her certification with Innertrek, becoming a licensed facilitator in the state of Oregon. She now blends her training in spiritual mentorship, shamanic practices, energy work, meditation, and trauma-informed plant medicine care, merging Eastern and Western healing traditions into a unique, integrative approach. Sarah’s path to becoming a healer is shaped by her own experiences of loss, single parenting, raising a child with a chronic and life-threatening illness, and decades of women’s work. These experiences have cultivated in her authenticity, compassion, depth, and wisdom, allowing her to create safe, sacred spaces for healing. Her work is centered on helping women reconnect with their divine feminine, heal the wounds that have shaped their lives, and reconnect with the spirit world. Sarah's approach emphasizes not only healing and personal growth but also the integration of profound experiences into everyday life. She is committed to empowering women to step into their highest potential, offering them the tools and support needed to live authentically and vibrantly.
