As a trauma-informed psychedelic chaplain, I offer compassionate, spiritually-focused care for those healing from the wounds of religion and the complexities of being human in such a time as this. My work especially welcomes people with spiritual roots in Christianity who are now exploring new pathways of connection, healing, and belonging. I began my career as a community-based social worker in the field of domestic and sexual violence and those experiences, combined with surviving cancer and its treatments, inform my approach. I currently serve as a hospice chaplain as well as a local church pastor and have tremendous depth of capacity for all that arises. I am guided by the values of liberation, relational accountability, generous presence, and embodied love, I offer attuned accompaniment trusting that sacred wisdom meets us wherever we are. With training in trauma-responsive spiritual care at Yale and UCSF, and ordained in a queer-affirming Christian tradition (the United Church of Christ), I bring a non-anxious, non-judgmental presence to this sacred work. Together we will create room for the mystery, for tears and laughter, for the deep remembering that healing is holy and love is still speaking.
