Our Rooms
Conveniently located at SE 11th + Sandy Blvd, inner SE Portland Oregon. We have 6 treatment rooms, including a group space for microdosing and community events. Several of our rooms can fit two clients at once, for a multiple-person journey.

Services + How it Works
7 Gates Sanctuary offers 1:1 psilocybin full day journeys, psilocybin microdose groups fostering community, individual microdose sessions, and highly personalized integration and adjunctive treatment for neurological support.
Every experience is designed directly between you and your facilitator, within the legal framework provided by the Oregon Health Authority. For all services, Oregon law requires a thorough intake paperwork process to ensure safety, and then complete a preparatory session with their facilitator at least 24 hours prior to consuming psilocybin. A follow up integration session where you reflect on and explore your psilocybin experience with your facilitator (or cohort, in the case of microdose groups) is highly recommended, though not required by law. The preparation and integration can occur virtually or in another location, but the psilocybin journey must occur on-site, in one of our licensed rooms.
Costs for psilocybin services are variable based on your chosen facilitator’s rate, the psilocybin cost for your chosen dosage, and the service center room cost and fees. To get started, take our short survey to see if you’re eligible for psilocybin.
Individual Full-dose Psilocybin Journeys
Clients work one-on-one with one of our Licensed Facilitators in one of our journey rooms. Some facilitators can offer to serve 2 people for a reduced group journey rate.
Microdose Groups
Our Douglas Fir Community Room offers 2-week microdose groups, Tues-Friday (8 journey sessions total).
Individual Microdose Psilocybin Sessions
Curious to dip your toe into microdosing? Some facilitators are available for exploratory sessions with microdosing, which includes the same preparation and integration sessions.
Adjunctive Therapy for Neuro-Optimization & Neuroregeneration
7 Gates can offer customized treatments to facilitate increased integration and neurogenerative repair, which can be catalytic for brain change and cognitive healing.
